The Susan Alberti Medical Research Foundation (SAMRF) is chaired by one of Australia’s most pre-eminent philanthropists, Dr Susan Alberti AC and supported by a Board of Directors dedicated to raising money for medical research and other charitable causes. Since its inception SAMRF has raised millions of dollars and been instrumental in furthering research. SAMRF carefully evaluates how it distributes every dollar donated with a high degree of transparency and accountability.

Proceeds from the event will be donated to Victoria University for an Aspiring Elite scholarship/s for a woman in the sporting field who would otherwise not have the opportunity and to Ardoch Youth Foundation, Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths program “STEM” to be taught by volunteers in early childhood centres in disadvantaged communities in Melbourne’s Western Suburbs.
